Refund Policy

Voice AI sells digital credit packs and, in the future, subscriptions. Purchases are made inside Telegram in one of two ways: Telegram Stars, billed by Telegram through your app store account, or a card payment handled by Tribute.

Which route applies matters for refunds: card payments via Tribute are refunded by us to your original payment method, while Telegram Stars are governed by Telegram's own refund process. For a Stars purchase, contact us first — we return the credits to your bot balance and can initiate the Stars refund on Telegram's side.

You can request a full refund within 14 days of your purchase, provided the credits from that pack have not been used. This is a legal right for consumers in the EU and UK, and we apply the same 14-day window to all customers regardless of location.

Credits that have already been spent on transcription or voice generation are non-refundable. If a pack has been partially used, we review refund requests for the unused portion on a case-by-case basis.

If an operation fails due to an error on our side, the credits charged for it are automatically returned to your balance. If the Service is materially unavailable or fails to work as described for an extended period, we will refund the affected purchase.

Email us at [email protected] or message the bot @smolevich_voice_bot. Please include your Telegram username and the date of purchase so we can locate the transaction.

We respond within 5 business days. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method.

Once subscriptions launch, you will be able to cancel at any time; a cancelled subscription stays active until the end of the period you already paid for. Where required by law, we will refund the unused portion of a paid period.
